Our inspiration for this gin is the desert bloom, undoubtedly one of the most astounding spectacles seen in nature - the spontaneous riot of wildflowers blooming en masse, creating an amazing scenery of vibrant colors in the normally drab desert landscape. As rare as they are beautiful, for an added botanical burst we distilled into this gin the root of the purple iris, the desert bloom superstar. Botanicals include orris, cinnamon, juniper, coriander, angelica, lime peel, lemon peel, orange peel, pink grapefruit peel.
