A 45-minute discussion by Bennett Kaplan, Thinkers Distillery’s Master Distiller. The discussion will correct the many common misconceptions, preconceptions, and urban legends that even experts sometimes don't get right. The discussion will give you a straight-up understanding of what makes whiskey whiskey, what’s important, and what’s less important in creating the best flavors, and will provide three tastings of our whiskey (Thinkers Dew of B’Dolah Bourbon) at three different stages of maturity.
