Scienced to perfection, our 40/60 Vodka doesn’t sacrifice taste to achieve its signature golden smoothness. Made from premium soft red winter wheat grown in Champagne, France, we use our own proprietary processes to thoughtfully draw out the grain's delicate flavors. To provide it with its lustrous mouth feel we blend it with water manufactured from the air of Jerusalem. Winner of the top Double Gold Medal at the 2021 San Francisco Spirits Competition and the 2021 SIP Awards.

BORN IN THE US, RAISED ON THE SEAS, AND MATURED AND BOTTLED IN ISRAEL. NO BOURBON HAS EVER HAD SO DISTINGUISHED A LIFE.
Produced from a wheated mash bill of the highest quality kosher food grain, this first barreling of 140 barrels was mashed, fermented, distilled and barreled by hand, in the U.S. by Thinkers own team.
The barrels were allowed to sit undisturbed for four months before being carefully placed on a ship that made a very slow voyage for six months across the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea till it reached Haifa.
In Haifa the barrels were left to age in the open air for another three and a half years until it reached its perfection, and the Thinkers team, working through 7 cool May evenings, hand bottled the entire collection.
Dew of B’dolah is a Kabbalistic term that describes the state of a perfect harmonious balance between many different factors.
This is Thinkers Distillery first ever Bourbon bottling.
It is 100% single barrel, 100% un-filtered, 100% as good as it gets.
Tasting Notes: Vanilla, toffee, chocolate, toasted oak, and coffee.
Each barrel has a different alcohol percentage ranging from 47.01% to 47.89%

This is the tour for spirits aficionados. Take a deep dive into the magic of distilling vodka, gin and aging whiskey, and have the opportunity to ask our experts all your questions. You’ll taste all our products and enjoy two of our mixologists cocktails plus choice snacks sourced from Shuk Machane Yehuda.
