Produced from a wheated mash bill of the highest quality kosher food grain, this first barreling of 140 barrels was mashed, fermented, distilled and barreled by hand, in the U.S. by Thinkers own team.<\/p>\n
The barrels were allowed to sit undisturbed for four months before being carefully placed on a ship that made a very slow voyage for six months across the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea till it reached Haifa.<\/p>\n
In Haifa the barrels were left to age in the open air for another three and a half years until it reached its perfection, and the Thinkers team, working through 7 cool May evenings, hand bottled the entire collection.<\/p>\n
Dew of B\u2019dolah is a Kabbalistic term that describes the state of a perfect harmonious balance between many different factors.<\/p>\n
This is Thinkers Distillery first ever Bourbon bottling.<\/p>\n
It is 100% single barrel, 100% un-filtered, 100% as good as it gets.<\/p>\n
